My passion for fitness became a career 30 years ago. With experience, I learned the most important exercise was listening to the client. The only important goals are THEIR goals. Everyone has specific strengths and obstacles that will affect how they train and why they train is just as important. Setting goals is the first step toward achieving them. Breaking goals down into smaller, more achievable objectives makes them less daunting. Having someone who makes you accountable and celebrates your accomplishments creates a recipe for success.
